Throughout the last year, BERTL conducted an industry-wide survey covering 23 manufacturers' copier, printer and MFP performances across a range of different areas. Responses were received from enterprise buyers and technical professionals in 47 countries, responsible for managing over 175,000 devices in total. We asked about the most important issues affecting these buyers' digital imaging equipment
purchase decisions, such as ease of use, productivity, reliability, service and support,image quality and pricing.
Over the course of the last year, BERTL distributed survey forms, asking buyers for
feedback about their experiences with devices from 23 different manufacturers. We asked them to relate their opinions about how different manufacturers handle such key issues as ease of use, reliability, productivity, image quality and pricing. The results were tallied to select the winners of BERTL's Readers' Choice Awards.
