Kyocera Mita Promotes TASKalfa Color MFP Series at the 2009 ISU World Figure Skating Championships

FAIRFIELD, N.J., March 26, 2009 ― Kyocera Mita Corporation, parent company of Kyocera Mita America, one of the world's leading document solutions companies, will be highlighting the new TASKalfa 500ci color multifunctional product series featuring Kyocera as an official sponsor of the 2009 International Skating Union (ISU) World Figure Skating Championships. The Championships will be held in Los Angeles, California from March 23 – 29, 2009, and will be televised in 59 countries worldwide. As an official ISU sponsor, Kyocera will be represented with strategically placed advertisements in the arena.

The World Figure Skating Championships is an annual figure skating competition sanctioned by the ISU in which the worlds' elite figure skaters compete for the title of World Champion. This event is the most prestigious of the ISU Championships, and is a key competition for figure skaters preparing to compete in the Vancouver Olympics of 2010. Skaters compete in the categories of men's singles, ladies' singles, pairs, and ice dancing.

In addition, Kyocera’s TASKalfa brand will be featured at the Grand Prix of Figure Skating NHK Trophy in November and the Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final in December, as well as the ISU World Team Trophy 2009. All three events will be held in Japan.
